A short journey into the world of making taxi reservations – Part 3: verifying the client’s details

Sometimes, as we know, it is impossible to work on a booking without finally having to make sure that all the information which was introduced is correct – this means that all the details that the client has put in need to be observed by a person who then has to get in contact with the client – usually an operator.

There are times when mistakes occur, and details get away from the eye of the person in charge with checking everything – nobody affords hiring a person exclusively for making sure that their Booking and Dispatch System delivers correct information.
